It might be a compatibility issue with the Fold 5. We haven’t tested this phone model, so we haven’t made the necessary adjustments for compatibility. If possible, you could use adb to capture a log from before you plug in the glasses until the app crashes and exits. This way, our engineers can take a look and see if there are any other potential issues.
I just got my Air2 Ultra glasses yesterday and setup hand tracking. I find it very unpredictable. You have to make sure your hand is detected and then there is a lag in my hand movment and the pointer. Not sure whats happening.
Could you try running the dragon hand tracking demo in the Nebula app? I’m wondering if you feel that the hand tracking experience there is comparable to the SDK hand tracking.
Tried running the demo/calabration and still latency. As i move my hand to position on the x to close an app or the icon to open, i have to play around to get the mouse indicator over the area to close finger and activate.
