Hello, I have Air 2 Pro glasses, and try to use it with laptop and Android phone Samsung Note 20 Ultra. I see the image when glasses are connected to both devices in 2D mode, but when I try to switch to 3D (by Press and Hold for 2 Seconds Volume + button) , image just disappears (black screen in glasses), and I need to re-plug the cable into laptop or phone to get it back in 2D mode.
Is it normal behavior? How to fix it? My goal is to watch 3D sbs movie using Air 2 Pro glasses.
