I just bought a brand new pair of Air 2 Ultra glasses, and they work perfectly with my phone and my Windows 10 laptop. However, on my main PC, which has an RTX 3080 TI, I’m encountering an issue. Windows isn’t detecting the glasses as a monitor. While Nebula connects to the glasses and allows for selection, it then displays a “connection failed” message. Oddly enough, the audio works fine. I’ve updated the glasses and the drivers, but nothing seems to help.
After doing some research, I realized that my USB-C port might not support DisplayPort (DP). So, I borrowed the HDMI (with USB-A for power) to USB-C cable from my XP-Pen graphics tablet. The tablet connects without any problems, with full display, and is immediately detected as a new monitor. But when I use the same cable with the Air 2 Ultra glasses, I only get audio, no display, and Windows still doesn’t detect them. Pls Help
