AR space accessible in Denmark

Hello

Today I received my Nreal Air from Japan Amazon and i live in Denmark. I have a Samsung Ultra S22. The Air Casting works perfectly, but the AR Space does not work. Does anyone know if something can be done or is it because the app is not supported in Denmark yet?

Hi, it is because the glass is not compatible with the chipset well. We are trying to solve it but there is no specific release date.
