Audio echoing issues while streaming with WebRTC

I am working on an app that uses WebRTC for audio communication on the NReal Light and I’ve run into an issue where an audio echo is heard during a WebRTC session. The issue only presents itself if the headset speaker volume of the remote peer is on, which leads me to believe that the speaker audio is being fed back through to the microphone on the remote peer (i.e. local noise canceling doesn’t exist or isn’t working). Is this a known issue? And if so, is there a timeline for when this issue might be resolved?
