Sorry to hear that your Beam is not working after just two days. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Long Press Power Button: Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to see if the device turns on.
  2. Charge with a Suitable Charger: If the device still doesn’t turn on, use a charger that provides at least 5V 2A power to charge the device for about 30 minutes. After charging, try turning it on again.
