This will be day 3 of my beam not charging. I cannot find a solution and all that happened to it was it died like any electronic will when you don’t charge it. Please help

My Beam normally connects to a gaming console and Xreal glasses.
I would unplugged it to charge when I noticed it flashing a red light.
Today, when I wanted to use it, I found that the Beam had no response at all, and there was no indicator light while charging.
What should I do? Please assist me with this issue.
Hi, please confirm if the charger supports above 5V1A. Also, you can try to hold the Turn on/off button for 12s, release it and then hold it for another 3s.
