I just got my Xreal air 2 yesterday and after about 2 hours of using them ,they started going to a black screen then flashing a grey screen.if I disconnect the usb-c cable and plug it back in it works for a couple of minutes then does it again.I flashed the firmware on the glasses from the website when I first got them.is there any other firmware I can reflash it too ?
Hi, bigpearl28. It seems like the DP signal is unstable. Maybe the USB cable or the port of the glass comes with some issues. Please contact support@xreal.com for replacement or maintenance.
