Buyer: xreal responded to glasses sent for repair

Dear all
Recently I sent my xreal pro air glasses for repair to xreal I paid a deposit of 128 USD
is been a week since they collected the glasses from me
Till date no response at all despite my multiple enquiries

Dear all
I have and update to make there
It was apparent that mails from xreal did not reach me due to some issues with network triggering my anxiety there
As of now the issue appears to be resolved
