Cannot use rgb camera to take photots in NRSDK rgb-camera demo

as the title told, I got the error. Is there something that I missed? help please!!!

which glasses are you using if not light rgb wont work
i havent started developing yet so cant help but you need to put what glasses you are using

@keeronforshaw thanks for your reminding. I use the xreal x (the past called light) and the phone is HUAWEI MatePad11

Please provide the complete log, start from you plug in the glasses into the phone. That’ll be very helpful to localize the problem.
