Is there any way to choose which audio output to use? I would like to play sounds on the glasses and the phone at the same time.

Not really, let me make it clear for you. Your requirement is different to the post above. For Android phones, it differs in different brands and systems, you can try to connect your Bluetooth earphone before or after connecting the glass. For iPhone, you can choose to select earphone or glass as audio output.
