Drop Ball Test Certificate- Nreal Lite Developer Kit with Lens Set

Hi,

We ordered the Nreal Hand in Hand Promo that was the Nreal Lite Developer Kit with Lens Set and it has shipped and arrived in the US via FedEx. However FedEx contacted us for a Drop Ball Test Certificate for them to be able to continue the shipment to us. Otherwise it will be returned to the sender within 5 business days. Has anyone else experienced this or have access the to Drop Ball Test Cert?
