HelloMR Null Reference Exception

Can’t get app with latest NRSDK to run on Beam Pro.
Using Unity 2022.3.48f1
NRSDK 2.3.1
Android SDK 14
Application builds and installed to device.
This error shows up in the console:

I am experiencing the same issue; the build is successful but the installation fails.
After importing NRSDK, installation of scenes that do not use NRSDK modules also fails.
I have no idea what the cause is, and have never been able to install an app on BeamPro.
BeamPro is running Android 14.
