How could I downgrade Nreal Air firmware?

After I connect Nreal Air to my phone to use Nebula, Nreal automatically upgrade firmware. And right after that my Nreal just keep turning off after every 10 seconds. I think there is problem with firmware. So, may I ask how could I downgrade firmware or at least reset my Nreal glasses to factory firmware ? Thank you !

I am not living in Japan, USA or Korea… Not from Nreal’s supported country. My Nreal is a gift from my relatives from Japan. My phone is Samsung S22 Ultra. I downloaded apk to use Nebula.

Hi, there is a P-Sensor on the center of glass, which is used to detect wearing status, please use tape to cover it and check if the glass turns to normal.
