Is there an MR app for Nreal air on the Google play store?

Nebula v2.3.1 supports Nreal Air with the Universal installer here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ai.nreal.nebula.universal

I’m not sure however if that universal installer works in Japan as separate KDDI versions exist. The older Japanese KDDI versions do not currently support Nreal Air as far as I’m aware.

I booked NTT’s Nreal Air, not KDDI’s Nreal air, so the KDDI version doesn’t matter.
I’m not sure about the Universal installer, but where is it?
