Launch app without internet connection

Hi,
I am developing an app with XReal Air Pro 2 glasses. I habe made an APK in Unity, uploaded to phone an succesfully launched app in nebula app.
The question is that I may need use app in enviroment without internet connection.
Is it posible to launch app without internet? Bacusse now phone and glasses are in same Network, It connect to AR Spatial, launch nebula app an within there I launch app.

Theoretically, the SDK does not need to be connected to the Internet, but Iā€™m not sure if Nebula has to log in to open it.

Thanks for the response. Nebula seems to need internet in the initial login only.
