I’m having issues when I’ve downloaded the newest app and deleted anything old. And when I plug in my glasses I get this plug-in glasses screen. I’ve checked the HDMI cord, I have the official adapter from you guys. I’m not sure why this isn’t working, half the reason I have the glasses is to use it with my laptop. I know it works because I am able to screen mirror when I plug in, just not use the Nebula app… And the glasses work fine, the nebula app works great on my Samsung galaxy s10
Hi, please connect the glass directly to your Macbook for Spatial Display. It doesn’t support getting the data by HDMI connection through our adaptor.
