I just got my Nreal Airs, plugged the glasses in through the USBC connection on my laptop and the image came up and they were working beautifully. I went to update the frimware and after I successfully updated the MCU firmware i went to update the DP firmware and all of a sudden i lost the image on the glasses and now i try to plug them back in and nothing is working. I have also tried plugging them into my iphone with the adapter as well as into my windows laptop with the hdmi adapter. please help!
