What if the Nreal MR glasses is not responding or not showing anything?
You may long press the ‘Home’ button on your phone to reset the laser. If the laser is working properly, please check if there are any pop-ups on your phone.
It’s also a good idea to look around and confirm whether the content is appearing out of your field of view.
What device are you attempting to connect the glasses to? If you are attaching to the compute unit, does the light turn green on the compute unit when you power it on? If you are attaching to a phone or PC had you previously seen an image and are now no longer seeing one?
