Nebula app fails to connect to nreal light glasses

We are trying to get our nreal light glasses connecting to our phone but each time we switch to AR Space the app crashes. Our device info is as follows:

Device model: CPH2173 (this model is listed as a supported device here
Android version: 11

we also captured a logcat log of the device which can be provided upon request.

Hi, please make sure the ‘Auto Adjustment of Brightness’ function is disabled on your phone.

Thanks for the suggestion, we tested with the setting turned off, but unfortunately it is still not working.
