Nebula for macOS failed to update Air

First, I ensured my Nreal Air glasses were up-to-date using the link here: Nreal Air - Activation and firmware update with the following firmware:

Filename: air_07.1.01.192_20221022.bin
md5sum: 04246acf6c4a87fbe8302bffca213181

Then, I downloaded the Nebula app from here (Nreal App - 不止眼前一亮).

Filename: 16765276009808693097681496134nebula_for_mac_0.2.1_936_20221230120619_release.dmg
md5sum: 8a00af5acad64e860fc56f9be53a4344

When I opened the app, an update immediately triggered, which subsequently errored out:

Hi, please try to restart your Mac, and disconnect all other physical monitors. Then, open the app and insert the Air glass directly into the USB-C port.

You know, as a former helpdesk tech, I should have known better than to open a ticket without rebooting first. Of course that fixed the issue. :joy:
