Please help me solve the problem. The image from my augmented reality glasses Air 2 Pro has disappeared, there is no picture, although the sound of training is present, and you can also change the transparency of the lenses. But there is no image when using any devices (I used Beam Pro, a laptop and an iPhone 15 Pro Max) - but the image is not displayed anywhere in the glasses themselves.
I tried to update their firmware using Beam Pro and a laptop - but it tells me that I have the newest version of the firmware installed.
I don’t know how to return the image to my glasses, please help me solve the problem
Before that everything was fine and there was an image in the glasses, but then it was as if I turned something off in Beam Pro and the image in the glasses themselves disappeared
If you are using a laptop did you try all of the ports? some ports are DP/USB-C and others are just USB-C.
Mine worked fine then the kids asked me what happens if I hold the button and its supposed to switch from one mode ot another and ever since then black screen wont go into AR mode. I bought the BEAM Pro specifically so I could just have a device and these that worked without issues and now 1k+ later and nothing. what upsets me the most is that I paid months ahead of time and even bought a different pair when it was delayed and that unit was defective so I returned it and these came and I thought things where better but no and that project got dissolved because of bad QA and service of this company
Hello, I used Beam Pro when everything worked. Then I tried to connect it to a laptop to check if there would be an image, but there is nothing, there is only sound and that’s it
