Do these glasses have ce certification. I saw a picture of the glasses and it had the CE logo on it. I contacted support and they say the glasses are certified but logistic@nreal.ai says the glasses are not certified. I am asking because I bought the glasses on ebay from a seller in Japan and now they are stuck on customs. I need to send the ce certificate of these glasses otherwise they will be sent back to the sender. Can anyone help me with this?

Sorry that Air is not launched in EU, and the Air in Japan is different and has no CE cert. We don’t have CE for products which are from Japan. Maybe you can purchase Air from UK?
