Nreal air error11, error6

HI,

When using Nreal light with Nebula, everything is ok.
But when switching to Nreal Air, it crashes, with error 11 and error 6.
I tried uninstalling and installing different versions of Nebula for nothing.
Please try to help solve this issue

Hi, please turn off the Dex mode first, then go to AR Space. Also, you need to open the MR Apps after entering AR Space.
