I am currently using the Oppo Find X2 Pro and bought the Nreal Air last week, after downloading the app from the qrcode provided in the box and creating an account on the main screen of the app where it asks what mode you wish to run I have the glasses connected but at the bottom of the screen a message saying " please connect glasses to device " nothing appears on the glasses not even an led to indicate they are on, pressing the power button does nothing. unplugging and replugging them in doesn’t work, restarting the phone doesn’t work, uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work.
I tested the port for any faults and had no issues with file transfer and charging.
Any ideas what could be the issue ?
