I’ve updated the firmware after activating the new Nreal Air glasses on my Mac, but I’m currently having problems with the lower part of the screen being cropped and the upper part showing noise when using it on my M1 Macbook and iPad. I also have the same problem in the steamdeck gamemode screen, but not after entering the game, nor in Nebula for Mac’s AR mode or 3D SBS mode. Is there an update or fix for this?
Hi, I think the issue was caused by the wrong DP firmware version. Please go to the following link and get your glass updated. Note: the DP part should be updated too.
