Hi, ive got same problem repeatedly. After few minutes of using glasses scree goes all in stripes and lost colour so the only thing i can do is disconnecting then and connect again. But its not fixing the problem, as the same is happening after few minutes. Pls help!
Hi, please tell me what device you are using with our glass. Also, please try to test the glass with more than one device and check if the issue keeps the same.

I’m using newest android on fold z4 and newest Windows kn my PC. the same thing happening when it’s connected to either device.
