Streaming Box failng Wi-Fi connection

Hi,

Bought a Streaming Box from Japan (I’m in Sweden). For some reason, I cannot connect to secured Wi-Fi (wpa2). I’ve only managed to connect the device to an unsecure/open Wi-Fi.

Is this a known limitation?
