Unity scaling and NavMesh

Hello

I am trying to utilize simple ai with the navmesh agents.
My goal is to get a some agents walking around between goals. But i am having troubles with the navmesh baking since the scene is too small (0.05 scale) to get it to fit in scale with the real world.

Is there a way to scale up the Nreal light enviroment (ie. scale the camera and controllers up thereby making everything seem smaller?

Or do anyone have another good way to do this?
