White noise when plug into PC AMD 6800

Hi,
I just got my nreal air in Japan.
It works on my laptop as a mirror display.
But when I tried to plug into my desktop PC which has AMD 6800 GPU(it has USB-C port on the video card), it has a background white noise while showing the desktop.
How to fix it?

Hi, we don’t test all the models of graphic cards, but if it comes with DP output, then it should support the glass theoretically. And maybe you can check the driver of your graphic card.
