I have a problem with my Xreal Air 1 firmware update.
My devices is: 2 windows machines (1 physical, 1 virtual machine through Parallels Desktop on ARM Mac, both Windows 11), Steam Deck (with SteamOS), MacBook with macOS 15.1.1 Sequoia, Xreal Beam with unknown OS version.
To begin with, on latest firmware from Mac app (07.1.02.387_20240428 MCU and 1140 DP) and Steam Deck I experienced occasional sound issues (stutter and noise in right speaker), after some time glasses turn off and built-in display turns on. Another cable (thunderbolt 3) doesn’t solve the issue. What’s more, if it was a hardware issue — it shouldn’t get worse or better, when I flash another firmware, which I did.
Yesterday I tried to reinstall the firmware multiple times with Web Updater (both version=1 and 2, different browsers, incognito mode), Beam, Windows and Mac apps. After Beam, I suppose, glasses is ruined completely.
Now glasses turn on and off in a cycle: 8 seconds of image, then disconnect, no matter what device it is. Buttons don’t work.
Any web updater can install MCU update, but reported version always “07.1.00.012_20230213”, which is incorrect. Both version 1 and 2 OTA updaters on sitу and manual flasher (which ibanez86 recommends in comments of r post https://www.reddit.com/r/Xreal/comments/1gwrj1k/how_to_unbrick_xreal_air_glasses_temporary_fix/) reports MCU firmware after flashing as “ 07.1.00.012_20230213”.
DP firmware just can’t be installed. After pressing “DP Firmware Update” on web updater it instantly writes “Current DP firmware version is:”. That’s right, no version of DP firmware at all.
Mac App, Windows App and Beam can’t install firmware either, every time it just writes “Failed to install a firmware”. Mac app log and windows app log is included, first one show somewhat useful information, why DP firmware can’t be installed:

How can I recover my glasses? Is there any DFU mode or manual order to restore user partition (if it’s the case at all)?
