xReal air 2 pro Beam Wired Connection not work

Hello, I am trying to use xreal Beam with xReal Air 2 pro with a wired connection:

  1. Nintendo switch to beam not work
  2. My samsung s21 not work
  3. Ipad not work

-Beam with air glass without connect with anything work

  • wireless connection work when casting from ipad, samsung, iphone

-air glass wired directly to ipad and samsung work

Is there must have specific cable type c to c?

Because all my type c to c cable not work
