XReal Air 2 Pro Display issue double screen

Hi everyone,

Today I bought my new pair of XReal Air 2 Pro glasses. After turning them on for the first time, updating the firmware, and completing the initial setup, everything was working perfectly. I even used them to watch videos for a few minutes. Then, I left the XReal Beam charging. When I reconnected the glasses two hours later, the screens were out of sync (the right eye slightly lower than the left), creating an annoying double-screen effect.

I’ve tried everything: restarting the devices, toggling the depth of field option on and off, using the screen optimizer, resetting the firmware to factory settings, and even resetting the XReal Beam. Nothing has worked—the screens still appear in different positions for each eye.

What can I do? It’s impossible to use the glasses like this.
