I bought Xreal air 2 pro glasses during my visit to Vietnam
However, after 6 months of use, my xreal does not display screen show (black screen) but only hears sound (connected to samsung z fold 4).
I upgraded to the latest firmware for Xreal but it doesn’t work
The seller offered to exchange me for a new xreal, but I have now left Vietnam so it is difficult to get a warranty
Any help you can give is highly appreciated
