XReal Air 2 Ultra and S22 Exynos 2200 Chipset

Hi,

I received my XReal Air 2 Ultra glasses 2 weeks ago and today I wanted to start developing using my European Samsung S22. The type of my phone is SM-S901B/DS so I guess it has the Exynos 2200 chipset.

When I connect the glasses to my phone, making sure that DEX is disabled from starting up, I get the “Plug in your glasses to enter Nebula.” message. On the forum I read that XReal is actively (for over a year?) developing support for the Exynos 2200 Chipset. My Nebula Android app version is v3.2.1. Can anybody on this forum definitely deny/confirm that my S22 is going to work with the glasses?

Currently, phones with the Exynos chipset, including your S22, are not supported. The glasses are only compatible with phones using Qualcomm chipsets. Unfortunately, compatibility issues like these are sometimes beyond our control, which is why we later developed our own hardware, the Beam Pro.
