The moment I connect my air2 pro glasses to beam it says updating your glasses and it hits an error 102 and asks me to connect again and this goes into a loop
Due to this I am unable to use my glasses to connect to beam at all
I tried updating via my samsung phone.there again nebula comes up and tries updating my glasses, finally ending up says update failed please reconnect and try again
I tried conneting through my MAC and it says unable to get the phone version., though pairing and connection succeded.
Please help

My glasses also had similar issue. Seems like it is some problem with web page config and firmware. I have been told that they are investigating the issue and working on the fix. Let’s hope it gets resolved soon.

Now the issue is my glasses buttons are not working and it happened when the firmware upgrade stopped abruptly
I thought is problem with my glasses
Looks like it screwed up the firmware totally all that am able see is Samsung Dex

Yeah. Some days ago they modified the webpage and then firmware upgrade started working. It completed on my glasses and then everything started working fine. But after 2-3 days again beam forced to update the glasses firmware which failed and same issue was back. So it will get resolved. No problem. There is hope.
