I purchased the Xreal Ultra glass and the Beam Pro as a combo from the website and when I first got the glasses there was hand tracking. After an update the hand tracking option is non-existing. Is this normal?
I put submitted my quesiton through the app or website (I don’t recall off-hand what it was) but didn’t get any responce.
I specifically purchased the Xreal ultras for the hand tracking and made sure I got the Beam Pro to insure that everything works as designed, leaving nothing to chance.
