Note at this point the laptop surface between the keyboard and display is so hot you could probably cook an egg on it. I believe “kernel_task” is then doing what it usually does when the CPU gets too hot.

I noticed that the JetBrains Rider takes much CPU, maybe you can try to stop the software and check if the Nebula is still stopped by kernel_task.
